Ris au lait – low protein rice with coconut milk and strawberries

1/2 cup low protein rice (any brand)

3 tbsp coconut milk (can be replaced with 35% cream + few drops of coconut extract)

3 large strawberries, chopped

1 tbsp fine sugar

 

In a small saucepan cook low protein rice according to manufacturers instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold running water. Place the rice into a bowl. Stir in coconut milk, strawberries and sugar.
